所有模块：

• 支持的操作系统: Windows 2000 Service Pack 3; Windows 98; Windows 98 Second Edition; Windows ME; Windows Server 2003; Windows Vista Business; Windows Vista Business 64-bit edition; Windows Vista Enterprise; Windows Vista Enterprise 64-bit edition; Windows Vista Home Basic; Windows Vista Home Basic 64-bit edition; Windows Vista Home Premium; Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit edition; Windows Vista Starter; Windows Vista Ultimate; Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit edition; Windows XP Service Pack 2

  但是丰普软件不建议在Windows 98 或 Windows 98 SE 上安装 PowerCATI系统；
  如果使用CTI Server, 建议在Windows 2000 Server 上安装；
  建议在Windows 2000 或2003 Server 上安装数据库服务器和应用服务器。

• 其他软件要求： Microsoft .NET 1.1 Service pack 1 或 .NET 2.0/3.0.
  注: 安装.NET 需要280 MB (x86 机器), 610 MB (x64机器)可用硬盘空间；

访问端、问卷设计器

• 处理器: Intel® Pentium® 3 ，建议使用Intel® Celeron®  2.13GHz 或更强大的CPU
• 内存：128M, 建议256M或更多内存
• 硬盘：25M 可用空间用于安装PowerCATI访访问端、监控端；运行时另需要硬盘空间存储日志和临时文件

管理台

• 处理器: Intel® Celeron®, 建议使用Intel® Pentium® 4 或更强大的CPU
• 内存：256M, 建议512M或更多内存
• 硬盘：30M 可用空间用于安装PowerCATI管理台；运行时另需要硬盘空间存储日志和临时文件

应用服务器

• 处理器: Intel® Pentium® 4 或更强大的CPU
• 内存：512M支持80个座席, 1G支持200个座席
• 硬盘：20M 用于安装PowerCATI 应用服务器；运行时另需要硬盘空间存储日志文件
• USB接口:USB1.1或2.0接口
